Help
Everything you might want to know before you swim with us. Can't find your answer? Just ask.
Absolutely. Many of our swimmers start nervous in the water. We focus on comfort first: floating, breathing and calm, before anything else. You'll never be pushed beyond what feels right.
Both. Alongside our sea and open-water swims, we offer in-person pool coaching, house-call lessons at your own pool for beginners to advanced swimmers, one-on-one or in small groups. Pool sessions are a great place to build technique and confidence in calm water. (We don't operate from our own pool, we come to yours.)
Our regular Hydro Fit sea-swimming classes run Monday, Wednesday and Friday from 6:45–8:00 AM at Dona Paula, Goa. Special events and community swims are usually at Hawaii Beach, Dona Paula. Pool lessons are scheduled directly with you at your pool, message us to arrange a time.
Swimsuit, swim goggles, swim cap, a towel, water for hydration, and sunblock. Kick boards and pull buoys are handy for drills but not essential to start.
The sea takes a seasonal break, but we don't. We keep training in the pool through the monsoon, and open-water swims resume in October when conditions are safe.
We put safety before speed. Before every swim we assess tides, swell, wind and visibility, and we keep kayak safety support on the water. See our Remedies page for how we handle common situations.
Yes. We offer one-on-one open-water training and structured distance swims for triathletes and long-distance goals, at a pace that challenges you safely.
Head to the Events page, pick an upcoming swim, and fill in the registration form. We'll confirm the details on WhatsApp. You can also DM us directly to get started.
